Exterior is plain., Feather like leaves ring the interior and five artistic hearts with smaller hearts in them hang off the leaves. "Compliments of Spector's Department Store" in the center., Heart and Vine plate with Compliments of Spector's Department Store." in the center. Exterior is plain."

The Heart and Vine pattern is all around the outside of the plate with Spectors Department Store advertising in the very center. The Heart and Vine pattern is also used on several advertising patterns. Only found in plates that measuring about 9″ across. The edge is scalloped sawtooth, the exterior is plain and it sits on a plain collar base. The Spector's Department Store was located at 6 East Franklin Street in New Freedom, Pennsylvania.
