Good Luck Enameled, Northwood

Northwood Good Luck bowls and plates were made in lot of different colors, but this enameled bowl is possibly the only one known. James Measell a researcher of Northwood glass believes that this was painted at the factory. However it is hard to believe that with something this nice they would make only one, but you never know: maybe it could have been a gift to someone special. We do know that some whimsies are one of a kind.

Regardless of when it was painted, it still is a very special piece. We can’t wait to see if another shows up.
