These dramatic vases are 10 inches tall and have a 4 1/4-inch base. They have been reproduced; the old vases have a starred base, the new ones an IG logo on a stippled background. They maybe some vintage (pre 1930) with a plain base, watch these as the LG or the LIG can quite difficult to see in some cases. An additional clue is that the new examples have ruffled tops.
