Smooth Rays, Fenton

[column-half-1][/column-half-1][column-half-2][/column-half-2]

The Fenton Smooth Rays pattern can be distinguished by the edge configuration–alternating rounded and pointed tips–that some collectors refer to as a bracket edge. The rays run from the center almost to the edge of the piece.

In 2014, Bob Grissom sent me this photo (above left) of his marigold table set enameled with Magnolia decoration. In 2012, Terry Jondahl sent me this photo (above right)of his marigold Smooth Rays spooner with Magnolia decoration. In 2013 he sold it on eBay for $65.99.
