Blocks and Arches, Crown Crystal
Year(s) of Production: Circa 1920-1930
Pattern Description: Rows of concave squares cover the pattern; the top row of blocks has an arch.
Similar Patterns: Cristalerias Ranger, Inwald Jacobean Ranger, Imperial Ranger, Jenkins Block
This geometric pattern is only reported in a small pitcher about 6 1/2″ tall (2 pint capacity) that has a 36 point recessed star in the collar base and matching tumblers (which have a 24 point recessed star in the collar base). It was probably a copy of Imperial's Ranger pattern (Imperial has more shapes reported in carnival glass). Only known in marigold at this time.
