About Vineyard

This mold was left by Harry Northwood when Thomas Dugan bought the Northwood factory and renamed it the Dugan Glass company in 1904. The first pieces made from these molds were non-iridized. According to Carl O. Burns’ book Dugan & Diamond Carnival Glass, 1909-1931, “pattern glass collectors call these earlier pieces Grape and Leaf”. Found in bulbous water pitchers and tumblers. Tumblers have not been found in peach opal although pitchers have been.
